What Would
Jesus Do???
"And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying
and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and
the seats of those who were selling doves." Matt 21:12. And he found
in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money
changers seated at their tables. And he made a scourge of cords, and drove
them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and he poured out the
coins of the money changers and overturned their tables." John 2:15

of Herodias, the wife of his brother Phillip. For John had been saying to

We live in a world that has forgotten Jesus, forgotten the Bible, forgotten that
there is more to life than money. We live in a world where people are
daily starving, where wars and AIDS and malaria kill relentlessly. We live
in a world where TV evangelist spend millions of dollars putting on billion
dollar Jesus shows for the sole purpose of increasing their wealth and stroking
their personal egos.
We live in a world where the churches are losing members because the fire for
Jesus has gone out. The passion for living a Christian life has been beat
out of our children with television shows full of violence, sex and greed.
We live in a time when the church is becoming more and more irrelevant each day.
And what do the leaders of the church do? They cover up the horrific acts
of pedophile priests and make gods of TV evangelist and allow the corrupters of
the faith, the ministers of our churches, to steal from the Sunday offering.
The Presbyterian Church is dying and it is dying because of the cancer of apathy
and greed and the lure of technology and constant entertainment that overshadows
the need to stay spiritually tuned into God and the teaching of Jesus. Who
can deny that the church is shrinking? Who can deny that worship now more
than ever is just an hour of lip service to Christ once a week.
The death of the church is coming not because the truths of Jesus are no longer
true but because the leaders of the church have lost their fire, their passion.
The cancer of apathy and greed is withering the Presbyterian Church because
corrupt lying ministers like Joe Delgatto at Heights Presbyterian Church in
Houston and his counterparts in the Catholic Church are protected by a
bureaucracy that is all about money and power and virtually nothing about Jesus
and his teachings.
Joe Delgatto was asked by a dying member of Heights Presbyterian Church to come
and visit her. Joe said he had to prepare for a vacation several weeks
away but he would be glad to visit with her over the telephone. The
following week the lady died. This is in a church where the active
membership is barely 50 people.
Joe Delgatto, proudly told the judge of the 280th District Court that he had
committed the church to a corrupt $4.7 million HUD project without the approval
of the session, the Presbytery or the congregation. The response of the
Presbytery: so what?
The same Joe Delgatto who recently gazed intently on one of the members of the
church nursing her baby. A man who told the whole congregation that one of
the members was addicted to pornography.
This is a man who makes more money than the church collects in pledges. This is a man who refuses to seek out new members.
A man who within five
minutes of receiving his pay check is at the local bank depositing his unearned
booty.
This is a man who is so closely linked to one of the female members of the
congregation that when you ask him anything about church business he
smiles and says he will have to ask Patty. A woman who has destroyed
virtually all the church memorials to satisfy her insatiable desire for control
and domination.
Some of you church leaders have suggested that I pray and let God take care of
things. How naive. How apathetic.
Thirty-five complaints and accusations were sent up to the Presbytery of New
Covenant four months ago. Nothing has been done. Complaints per the
Book of Order have gone up to the Synod of the Sun. All to no avail.
Not a single investigation. No committees have been formed per the Book of
Order. Nothing has been done.
Now I hear from some of you leaders? to let the administrative bodies take care
of the problem. I hear that the problem is a Texas problem. And I
wonder how a cancer growing in the body of the Presbyterian Church is not the
problem of the whole church. Cancer kills. Apathy terminates.
The church is dying and it is because every single church bureaucrat and most of
the ministry has lost its fire, its passion for Jesus. The church is dying
because of a lack of leadership and dying twice as fast because the leadership
that does exists is stealing the church assets as fast as they can. Stealing money, breaching their duty to minister to society, selectively
enforcing the Book of Order. And then there are the apathetic ones who
just don't care anymore.
Yes, I am a ranter and raver. Yet I am confrontational and combative.
Yes, I have no fear of being called foolish and stupid and out of touch as well
as World Piss.
Yet the truth is still the truth. And the truth is that what is happening
at Heights Church and at the Presbytery of New Covenant and at the Synod of the
Sun is happening all over America in the Presbyterian Church. What is
happening is that the cancer of corruption and apathy are failing to bring in
new members failing to teach the words of Jesus that are needed now more than
any time in history?
The current leaders of the Presbyterian Church are little more than zombies
living out their inconsequential lives in their eight to five ministries.
What would happen if Jesus returned today? He would be rejected because he
would surely fire virtually every single minister and church bureaucrat who are
presently making a living off the dying carcass of the church.
Mike Cole of the Presbytery of New Covenant is an abomination to Christ. His refusal to build the church membership and his determination to make the
churches under his jurisdiction exclusive clubs of corrupt leaders of the few
who still believe in the church of their youth, the teachings of their parents
and the truths of Jesus.
No one who believes in Jesus can sit back and allow the cancer of Mike Cole, and
Doug Harper, and Joe Delgatto continue to choke the remaining life out of the
Presbyterian Church.
I have looked at the web pages of all the Presbyteries and all the Synods as
well as the General Assembly and I have seen the faces of the church leadership.
And I must admit that what I see is a bunch of zombies whose fire and passion
was long ago extinguished. I see people who are running the church who
have been overcome by the great change of the last 50 years. People who
have been numbed by all the killing and corruption in society and the
materialism that is about to choke the transcendent message of Jesus and God out
of every human being on the earth.
There is no leadership in the Presbyterian Church. There are just a bunch
of bureaucrats who see their role as stewards of a legacy of now valuable real
estate to be plundered for the bureaucrats who give only lip service to Jesus so
they can continue to draw the money that the believers continue to place in
their corrupt hands.
Let those who have eyes see and those who have ears hear.
The Presbyterian Church is in crisis because the likes of Joe Delgatto, Mike
Cole and Doug Harper are in positions of power. They believe that Jesus is
not watching. They believe that their undeniable determination to keep me from
becoming a member and their trying to break my mother's determination to hold
them accountable is not being considered by Jesus. How foolish these
pathetic men of lies are.
The time is soon coming when things will be made right. The time is soon
coming when the unmistakable hand of Jesus will call these dark souls to account
for their lies and their corruption and their deliberate destruction of the
church.
I have just received a fax allegedly from Joe Delgatto regarding his removing my
mother as trustee at the request of the illegal administrative commission.
The letter was not written by Joe Delgatto because as a writer and attorney I
know his style. This letter was written by someone with more education
that Mr. Delgatto.
I find it interesting that the administrative commission has targeted Joe to
sign off on their dirty work. My mother was told by the commission to drop
her lawsuit or else. Well, the or else is her removal as trustee. This is
in an effort to not only try to break her spirit but also to clear the last
obstacle they have to stealing the rest of the church monies and to bankrupt the
church. Well they have a surprise coming.
No one is going to convince me that sane people set up a budget which spends
over a hundred thousand dollars more than the church takes in and expects that
the church will survive.
The illegal administrative commission formed by the Presbytery of New Covenant
and endorsed by the Synod of the Sun continues in its evil and corrupt ways
honestly believing that Jesus has no interest in their acts of bad faith.
Jesus is curious. The call has been made. The light has been turned
on and the truth has been spoken. Now we will see who Christ calls to
stand up for his church and we will also clearly see those who have embraced
Satan by their apathy and by their support of all that is unchristian and an
abomination to Christ.
"Answer me. O Lord, answer me, that this people may know that you have
turned their heart back again. Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed
the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the
water that was in the trench. When all the people saw it, they fell on
their faces, and they said, The Lord, He is God, the Lord, He is God. Then
Elijah said to them, Seize the prophets of Baal, do not let one of them escape.
So they seized them, and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon and slew
them there. I Kings 18:37 SO IT IS WRITTEN, SO LET IT BE.
You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has become tasteless, how can
it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be
thrown out and trampled under foot by men. Matt 5:13. Therefore,
salt is good, but if salt has become tasteless, with what will it be seasoned?
It is useless either for the soil or for the manure pile. It is thrown
out. He who has ears to hear, let him hear." Luke 14:34.
