The Rose Nebulae

From the Universe
of the many wonders
I glide from
end to end

A particle of knowing
slowly traveling
an infinite
path

I appear
momentarily

yet it seems
like forever

I am less than
dust in the
concept of
space

I see the wonders
I touch
All There Is

I appear
and disappear

Everything is infinite
All is beauty

I am recognized
as a rose
yet I am
All

I am a particle
of knowing
manifesting
as a
rose

I have traveled
in and through
the infinite
All

I have been perceived as
many things
yet I am
never what
I am
perceived
to be

I come forth
in a photograph
in this dimension

I remain until
this portrait
is dust

I remain
for a thousand
year moment

and then I
travel on

Out of the mighty
Universe
churning

comes the thundering
of new things
coming

My attention
resides in the
wake of unseen
thunder rolling

I awaken
from my conscious
knowing

for a moment’s
pause on the this
Universal plane

The forge of the Heavens
collide hammer and
anvil

As old worlds
explode
and new worlds
rumble

Where were the
unknown ones
when I passed

Were they afraid
and gone hiding

I stamp out
valleys in
the Heavens

I disrupt
the passive waves
of new beginnings

My mighty presence
creates divisions
where there
was none

And creates craters
where arrogant
races builded
monuments
to their
unremarkable
existences

What beauty
lies in the gentle
rolling seas

what calming peace

a nightmare
thunder storm
comes and assaults
the endless waters

three hundred foot
mountains of water
rise and fall
under
black electric
clouds

the anger Heavens
dissipate
and mindless
sea relaxes
into an
endless sheet of water

while we below
hardly notice

Pull down
the dragon’s head

Hold fast to
his spiney
whiskers

Mortal man
and immortal spirit
on an adventure
of the mind

attack the monster
of the sky

attack the giver

We shall kill
that mighty one
so that it
shall be
mighty no
more

Then we shall return
our dullard lives to their
peaceful destructive
selves

Let us raise
a salute
to those defective ones
who live among us

They allow our compassion
to manifest in
heavy hearted love

And once in a
great while
each and every
day

We acknowledge the courage
of one or two of them
from whom we
hide our
shameless
faces

To An Alligator

A grand old
predator
died today

The perfection
of her technique
had dismembered
many bodies
ad freed many
souls

She’s dead now
the killer has
become the killed

Her prized skin of
ninety years will
hang on
some hunter’s
wall

Imagine
a trophy
of ancient skin

The river is now
free from this old
woman of the
murky waters

No more will she
be seen by a
chance observer

The myth is dead
the legend has been
removed

A new myth
may be growing
in those murky
waters

Who can say
We only know
that man will
continue to hunt
to satisfy his
need

and if by chance
some young leviathan
should escape
the hunter’s
traps and guns

and grow into
some future myth

Truly his fame
shall also be
his death

Come along now
children
let us be
moving on

We have much to do
before we grow old

Let us be glad
that we shall not
by rewarded for
long years
as hunter’s
prey

When we cry out
for peace
and scorn
our brother
for his violent
acts

We never remember
the new born
child that was
his teacher

The actions of our
own incarnate soul
focused on
an assuming
child

are the scripts
from which
all children
read

We cannot spawn peace
absolute
until we are
at peace
absolute

The violent acts
of each and all
are simply
the fruits of
ancient
seeds

Peace will surely come
when we cease
to sow the
subtle seeds of
war

when we hold the
lighting bolts
of our venomous
tongues
and send forth the
light of love
from our spiritual
mirrors
the eye

We can never
forget that those
we criticize
for their violent acts

are nothing more
than the fruit
of our own past sown
seed
reborn

I looked for the
Anointed One
although
I knew not
his face

I carefully attuned
my eyes and ears
as well as my
anxious mind

All my days
I kept the watch

I could feel his
presence
but could not
separate him
from the
masses

Many have been
pursued by
others of my time

but alas
non identified
by the many
has passed the test

Then one day
as I was about
to close this life
in eternal sleep

I chanced to read a
word and see a
design of
one who had
come and gone

It was then
that I knew
my psychic
had been true

The one had been upon the land
yet I never chanced
to see his form
with the knowing
that it was
He

Now within my hands
my eyes caress
a seed which
he had sown

My heart swell is
and from my eyes
tear drops fall

For I can see
the future well
in this small
grain

And for a moment’s flash
I see the eyes
from long ago

that caught me
naked in the
crowd

The glance
I never forgot
from the face
I did not
know
until now

One man
one tree
one bird
one Wasteland

We came to the
bottom of the barrel
of only one left

Then we consumed the
one

It is a different world now
the future will never
know us

So it is

All things
that traverse the
Wasteland
are wasted

Yet a few of us
who straddle the
past and future
cry for our
Mother the Earth

The Berlin Wall Comes Down

What is the
red carnation
blooming

In green fields
moving in
gentle breezes

The ageless
keeper of the ages
of the Earth

move into a new
season

A rebirth
of time and
place

The dark cloud of
doom
begins to
crumble

as hope
blankets the
Earth

We
the mother of
death and
violence

begin to nourish
our children
with love
and peace

The exploitation
of our fellow
man

becomes our
shame
We stand as
children
just awake
from long
sleeps

We are prisoners
just released
from the
hopeless
dream

A Canary Pavarotti

From inside a
desolate cage
of gold

A song
of celestial
beauty
pierces the
air

My pastel king
with golden
throat and
perfect
tongue

sings a gift of song
from the silent
Universe

His little
canary song
opens wide
the infinite
door of harmony

and flawless
universal rhyme

With each
short song
I can see
forever

With each
changing note
my soul
rejoices

My little
slave
I am not the one

Who imprisoned you
Neither am I the
one who bred you

I am your jailer
I am your lover

I cry for your captured soul

yet your freedom
means my blindness

Without your
music

my pastel world
would turn to
infinite grays

your freedom
would be my
prison

You were born
to this cage

your destiny
to lift my
soul

I know its true
and so do
you

I am
a million canaries
each with
a song

The words
and colors
form an
endless line

far out onto the
Universal plane

A tangible
trail from
the past
to now

I am an
infinite don’t
between
the unrecorded
and what
is sung

The colors
spill on
solid paper
white

and colors
too

The words
like an endless
line of
darts

from the void
through brain
and hand
to pen and paper

My light comes
my light goes

And the way
I sing the
unsung songs

becomes finite

My Heart
cries
a million tears

for all the pain
of life and
living

for the joy
of children
birthing

for the
Universe unfolding

for all that
I have done

My heart
is not great
enough
to hold

the love
burning

The moonlit night
casts white shadows
on dark grey grass

The crystal sky
diamonds her winking
pinhole eyes

The cold crisp air
bites the skin
and clears the
vision

The beauty of the
Universal calls me
home

To the purity of
Heaven’s realm

Many light years
I travel on and on

The endless merry go round
carries me near
and far

I shall not return
to this crystal night

Tomorrow
I travel onward
through the night
of ten thousand
eyes

My realm
is not just here
alone

But all I see
in the infinite
moonlit Heaven

Canis walks alone
on the Northern plane
of view

And I walk through
the door to
Evermore

Black as night
dark a day

Red energy

fired by a distant
sun

showers each and
all

Protect  Protect

The honeymoon is
over

they come now in
mass

Do not let on

you walk the
path of the
infinite
child

Remember now
the times
of old

remember
well this
rhyme

Ginger root
take first hold
grab the horns
and lock
them fast

Pull the heart
with silver
knife

Cut sharp and
deep and
fast

Place the red
meat in
the cinnamon
sand

Three stars
and silver
moon

call the guardian
of the gates
of Hell

To clip the
wings and
to prison
return

Hear me now
dark spirits
of the
night

Return to the
evil pit
or vanish
in the
Universal
night

I say no more
leave me
now

or die

in immortal hell

I raise the
sword of light
and count to
three

Silver sun
crimson moon
turn green the
blood of
evil broods

Remove the serpent’s
touch
cut short the
scorpion’s tail

Be gone now
I sign
my name

Remove thee now
or die in
Hell
